At Monsoon PCs, our product and service warranties are intended to provide generous support and peace of mind well beyond the typical lifespan of any PC purchase or repair.

Labor and support is free for life for a PC purchased through us. If any PC component fails within 2 years of purchase or within its manufacturer’s warranty (if longer) it’s covered.

Serviced laptops and desktops are covered for 1 year.

Warranty for New Desktop PCs

  1. Coverage: Our limited lifetime new desktop PC warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in a new custom-built PC from Monsoon PCs, within the limits described below.
  2. Labor: All labor is warrantied for life; no service fees, ever. We will also process any relevant RMAs for any malfunctioning component within its manufacturer warranty. The only potential cost would be any out-of-warranty or newly purchased components/upgrades.
  3. Components: All individual PC components are covered for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase from Monsoon PCs, or through any individual component’s respective manufacturer’s warranty date – whichever is longer. Please refer to each component’s manufacturer’s warranty documentation for specific details and durations.
  4. Scope: Our warranty only applies to PCs built by and components installed by Monsoon PCs, and does not apply to any 3rd-party modifications to the PC after it is sold to the customer.

Warranty for Service

  1. Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the services and repairs provided by Monsoon PCs for a period of 1 year from the date of service completion.
  2. Scope: This includes, but is not limited to, PC repairs, upgrades, and component replacements performed by our experienced team. It does not include any portion of a PC or laptop that Monsoon PCs did not directly service.

General Warranty Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product or service and is only transferable with proof of receipt.

Proof of purchase, such as an emailed receipt, must be provided to claim warranty service.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and issues caused by third-party software or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

Any damage or loss occurring during shipping or transport is not covered by this warranty.

Repair or Replacement

Monsoon PCs reserves the right to repair or replace defective products or components at our discretion.

If a replacement is necessary and the exact model is no longer available, we will provide a comparable model with similar specifications.

Limitations of Liability

Monsoon PCs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product or service.
