With Windows 11 sounding like it could be horrible to install. I figured I would leave it up to the professionals. I found these great local guys in Chandler Arizona at Monsoon PCS. They did a fantastic job in one day. Got me back up and running and racing again in no time at all. Handled the Steam account, and M.2 hd file transfers with no issues. Monsoon PCs was super helpful in getting my pre-built pc upgraded! I had initially wanted to swap cases and try and keep some of the proprietary parts like the motherboard but was having trouble doing it on my own. After David took a look, swapped it over and tested it, he let me know it wasn't up to his standards and had a few workarounds that were functional but rather janky.I appreciate his commitment to the build itself and how reasonable he was in getting me a new motherboard etc to make sure this pc is one that could last me well into the future with a good upgrade path open. Waylon is great at handling logistics, and you can tell David has a huge passion for working on pcs which is always nice to see!It's been a bit over a month since I've gotten the pc back and she runs beautifully + very quiet! I really recommend the Fractal North cases they carry, it looks super nice in my set up. David at Monsoon worked with me to put together a machine that met my budget and my specs (I wanted a small form factor with white components throughout). I unfortunately drew the short straw on shipping, and upon arrival, the machine would not boot — but Monsoon refunded my shipping and found a local repair shop to test and correct the issue, all at no extra cost to me. Their customer service was above and beyond, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Ultimately, my unit was DOA and they offered to address it with a full return, local repair, or shipment back to them for repair/replacement. Received my computer a few days ago and the quality is excellent, they thoroughly tested and vetted the system before shipping it out to ensure it was in working order along with all appropriate bios and driver updates, fan curves profiles, and temperature parameters. Arrived with proper shipping protection and on time, I will absolutely be using them again for my next pc down the road!

Great experience from start to finish. They helped me decide which PC parts would be best for my needs, got it built, and shipped out to Canada without any issues. They had accidentally sent me the PC with 32GB of RAM instead of 64GB, but were quick to pay for the needed 64GB of RAM and send a free return label for the 32GB sticks I received. The other minor issue is that the USB port on the front of the PC wasn't working, but this was a very easy fix. Other than that, David was super helpful and very willing to help with any issue the PC was facing. The PC has amazing cable management, is super quiet, and runs smoothly. I would 100% buy from Monsoon PCs again, and highly recommend them if you want a custom-built PC.
David was so helpful and answered any questions I had about getting set up with a compact build. He advised a few things that could be swapped and kept me up to date with how things were going. I had a great experience with a small form factor Fractal Ridge custom gaming PC from Monsoon PCs. David and Waylon were extremely professional, communicative, and helpful in talking me through the options for the build. David kept in touch with me throughout the project with timely updates on the building and shipment progress. Upon arrival, the PC itself looked like a work of art, or at least a highly well-executed work of engineering (see attached photos). In the end, although I was unable to keep the PC due to heat constraints in my particular setup, this was definitely the best experience I've ever had with ordering a new PC, and I can easily recommend Monsoon PCs to anyone in the future who is looking for a custom build.

Overall they were fantastic. I was having issues fixing my pc for a week and they were able to diagnose it in two days. All I had to do was plug in the computer and set up WiFi and I was ready to goYou can tell how much time and attention they take with the packaging and that they have taken the time to test to build. I really can't recommend these guys enough because not only did I have a fantastic experience with the PC they shipped out my PC with an email letting me know if I had any questions so FAST. They're good people. well worth my money and my time. I'll be coming back, completely took out the stress from researching parts and building a PC.The fractal terra prebuilt in particular was fantastic and I threw on some quick pictures just to show the packaging and how much care they put into it.
These guys are phenomenal to work with. They'll make an earnest attempt to configure your computer to how you like it. Additionally they will make certain that your pc is optimized before shipping it. In my case I wanted an ITX small form factor so they included two 80mm fans in the build without charging me. Ordered a PC through Monsoon, David reached out and asked about the GPU as I had chosen to go with none. I mentioned the card I was going to put in found it wouldn’t fit. His communication was excellent and while we had to cancel the purchase he made every effort to make it work within my budget and options. This may be a bit lengthy so a TL;DR: Customer service is absolutely incredible, and my machine is better than I imagined it would be. I'm a video editor, gamer, and part time streamer, so I needed a machine that could edit 4k seamlessly, and stream while running multiple applications at once with low dB levels. This machine is a beast.Onto the full review: I reached out to Monsoon PC's when I was looking to upgrade my Standard Sized case down to a small form factor PC, while also upgrading my components. I originally contacted Waylon, who put me in contact with David, who spent about an hour walking me through my ideal configuration. I had a rough idea that I'd like a Fractal Terra case, but after explaining the reason for upgrading my machine, David walked me through why the A4 H20 case would better fit my needs - I'm very glad we decided on this.Here's where the customer service really kicked in. When I received my first machine, there were a handful of faults - it occasionally wouldn't boot, and long story short it ended up not turning back on at all after troubleshooting for a while. I have pretty high anxiety when making purchases of this size, especially when its the first time working with a company, so this was my worst nightmare - I'm also on the East Coast so this isn't a shop I can just pop into, which adds to the stress. I contacted David, and we jumped on a video call to troubleshoot for about 3 hours. This is 3 hours out of his own time. He then decided to make me a completely new one and ship it to me before I even had the chance to pack this one up and send it back. He provided all of the return labels, kept in contact with me throughout the entire shipment process, and even paid for overnight shipping to make sure I got everything I needed. I genuinely cannot express enough how great the customer service was.I've been using this computer for the past couple weeks without issue, this machine is 100% worth the value, and if you were to give Small Form Factors, or even full sized custom pc builds a try, I can guarantee you that you'll get the best possible experience working with these guys.

Stopped in for a quick cleaning this past weekend and it went extremely well.David was very knowledgeable and friendly. The space was really quite cool, seeing lots of prebuilt that looked absolutely amazing. I expressed some interest in a slightly smaller case and instead of pushing a sale and making me feel like I was just a customer David really took the time to go into my needs/wants for my pc and gave me a quote if that’s the route I wanted to go. Working with the team was great - very professional and quick, my build was completed the next day. They helped me troubleshoot one very minor problem from shipping (just had to push the gpu power back in). The inside is cable managed very well and the performance is exactly what I was hoping for. Recently had the pleasure of working with Monsoon PCs again this time for an upgrade (last time was for an AIO fan issue which was resolved very quickly). Upgraded my system with a new motherboard, ram, cpu and graphics card and David installed all the new parts that evening, updated all necessary software as well as making sure my fan curves were up do date with the new parts, and returned my computer back to me that night!! I recently sought assistance from Monsoon PCs due to persistent lag, freezing, and overheating issues with my 9-year-old gaming PC. Initially, I hoped that replacing the liquid cooling fan that had died would resolve the problem, but unfortunately, that was not the case.David promptly replaced my liquid cooling system the same night I reached out and even generously provided additional fans to improve airflow. Despite this, taking it home thinking that would fix it I soon realized that the issues extended beyond overheating, and so I reached back out to them.David swiftly took back the computer for a thorough diagnosis. Monsoon PCs has redefined just what "Great customer service!" means to me. While searching for a Ryzen 7800X3D, which is incredibly difficult to find at the moment, I came across this store and noticed they had it both stocked and listed at MSRP. I rushed through the process of ordering one while elated, and distracted by other things. A couple of minutes afterwards I realized that at no point had shipping been brought up. Panicking, I immediately tried to contact them and cancel my order.This is the point at which point their brilliant customer service comes in. Getting back to me within minutes, when a lot of other places would have left me to anxiously stew for days, it turns out the listing for the 7800X3D was not even supposed to be up. But not only were they willing to sell me one, they would ship it to me as well for the usual standard fee you'd find anywhere else, despite the very unusual circumstances. The chip arrived in perfect condition just a couple days later and is now in place of pride inside my newly built PC.Monsoon PCs fixed a distressing error on my part via a level of amazing customer service which makes me actively wish I lived close enough to them to make use of their other services for the sheer peace of mind I would have while doing so! 10 out of 10, would always recommend!

The attention to detail and follow up can’t be beat. They had multiple opportunities where they could have upsold me on a new PC but instead dedicated themselves to fixing the issue because they knew it could be solved. Amazing service, both times I went he offered me free things, he moved over all my data from a hard drive to a SSD for completely free, and also gave me a free computer case. Helped me install BIOS updates and showed me how to transfer data between two drives. Runs everything I wanted with only a RX 580 like Rust, Siege, CS2 and even VR games. (Most games can run medium-high) He has very good PC knowledge, and told me everything I needed to know for the future.

Bought this computer couple months ago, with the intentions of using it for sim racing. (I know nothing about computers) I spoke with David and he walked me through it to make sure it was a good fit! The computer has been running well, the build is extremely clean and the customer service is top top notch. I would highly recommend giving them a call if they don’t have something that does work for you they can sure build it no problem. David’s knowledge is extremely Helpful and they won’t oversell you.

I approached David needing to downsize my PC into a smaller case. In the process, David helped me figure out which upgrades would be best, and ultimately was able to build me a much better PC in a tiny case. David was very knowledgeable and understand of what I needed specifically. I would recommend anyone to see David and the team at Monsoon for any PC needs!

I stumbled across this site, I filled out a request on a desktop and I tried out the affirm pay, I quit out of it and about 2 hours later I got a call from one of the owners to follow up with me. He then asked me about the budget I was looking for. He then talked to David, he reached out to me as well. I went over to the house to check out the computer. He is very knowledgeable, he made buying a desktop from a smaller shop easy and in my opinion better than buying from a bigger company. Also got follow up texts from both of them to see how it was treating me.
