We charge a flat fee of $80 to diagnose a system. We can solve the majority of our customers’ issues within this short timeframe (1hr) at no additional cost, but if we need more time and/or parts, we’ll give you an estimate for the work.
Your diagnostic fee of $80 will go towards any additional repair cost – or optionally, it can instead be put towards a full system upgrade.
Physical Computer Cleanings

Is your system running slow after years of heavy use? If you haven’t been maintaining its internals for cleanliness, and especially if you live in a household with pets, your poor PC could definitely use some TLC. It is very likely choked with dust and dander, running excessively hot, and the lifespan of components could be shortened. Bring it by and we’ll give it a thorough cleaning!
We’ll dust and wipe the interior, removing any applicable components for detailed external cleanings, and ensure your system has optimal airflow and convection again – and make any recommendations on routine maintenance moving forward!
Custom PCs: BYOC (Bring Your Own Components)

Want to provide some or all of your own custom PC build components and have us assemble and test your new gaming rig (or workstation) for you? Bring it on!
Once we approve your parts as compatible, you can drop off your parts and we’ll assemble your new build, update its BIOS and OS to the latest versions, configure settings, tune fans, and run it through a suite of benchmarks and stress tests to ensure everything is working as-expected, while making sure we get the best performance
All customer-supplied components must be new-in-box unless otherwise approved.
Build time estimates can vary depending on the case and components chosen, so we’ll need to get more information from you in order to give you a firm quote on the labor.
All of our labor is backed by our lifetime warranty.

Monsoon PCs is one of the best small companies out there! I wanted a mini PC tower to keep my setup nice and clean and monsoon pc happened to have what I needed! Once I placed my order the team was quick to start working on it. David and Waylon are great. I mostly spoke with David, and he was super knowledgeable, always got back to me in a timely manner, and was always willing to help. Very personable with outstanding customer service. I ordered a custom SFF in the FormD T1, and they nailed everything about it. They do everything right from the build itself, stress testing, part recommendations, really just everything. They were quick to respond when I had an issue with the PC, and offered above-and-beyond support to resolve it. (It ended up being a small bios bug, which wasn't even on them.) I am someone who usually builds my own PCs; this was the first time I went to a pre-built company, and I would only go to them for anything pre-built in the future.
On a side note, I had an issue with my debit card at the time of payment, so they took the time to call me to resolve it. We ended up agreeing on a wire transfer, as my bank doesn't support Zelle. It saves them money on processing fees, so as a thank you, they expedited my build and did a thermal paste upgrade. So niche issue for me, but they are safe to wire if you wanted to know lol. They even paid the $25 wire fee for me. You should Zelle them if you can!

You don't need to take my word for it - just take a gander at that review score. That said, I found these dudes because I was looking for a 5090 SFF build to drive a 5K2K display, and they clearly have a good track record.
They were upfront about turnaround, ongoing progress, and followed up with performance benchmarks. Everything you could want in a custom build. When my PC arrived it arrived quickly, but the graphics card had shifted in transport and broke the riser cable. The owner next day air shipped a replacement, as well as three in some extra custom cable sleeping for the hassle.

Very very impressed with these guys. I wanted a small form factor build and they were the first result under a Google search for "custom small form factor pc". First thing that caught my attention was the star studded reviews and peoples excellent customer service experience so I thought why not try it out and I was not disappointed. My build was rather unique in that I wanted to put my own gpu in the case but have everything else built by David and Waylon at Monsoon. They happily obliged and even made a personalized video on how to install said gpu in the case. With Windows 11 sounding like it could be horrible to install. I figured I would leave it up to the professionals. I found these great local guys in Chandler Arizona at Monsoon PCS. They did a fantastic job in one day. Got me back up and running and racing again in no time at all. Handled the Steam account, and M.2 hd file transfers with no issues. Monsoon PCs was super helpful in getting my pre-built pc upgraded! I had initially wanted to swap cases and try and keep some of the proprietary parts like the motherboard but was having trouble doing it on my own. After David took a look, swapped it over and tested it, he let me know it wasn't up to his standards and had a few workarounds that were functional but rather janky.
I appreciate his commitment to the build itself and how reasonable he was in getting me a new motherboard etc to make sure this pc is one that could last me well into the future with a good upgrade path open. Waylon is great at handling logistics, and you can tell David has a huge passion for working on pcs which is always nice to see!

I unfortunately drew the short straw on shipping, and upon arrival, the machine would not boot — but Monsoon refunded my shipping and found a local repair shop to test and correct the issue, all at no extra cost to me. Had a motherboard issue, gave my PC to Monsoons at 6pm and they were able to do a same day turn around to replace and fix. They had the parts I needed on hand and very reasonable pricing. Great communication made it a great experience.

Great experience from start to finish. They helped me decide which PC parts would be best for my needs, got it built, and shipped out to Canada without any issues. They had accidentally sent me the PC with 32GB of RAM instead of 64GB, but were quick to pay for the needed 64GB of RAM and send a free return label for the 32GB sticks I received. The other minor issue is that the USB port on the front of the PC wasn't working, but this was a very easy fix. Other than that, David was super helpful and very willing to help with any issue the PC was facing. The PC has amazing cable management, is super quiet, and runs smoothly. I would 100% buy from Monsoon PCs again, and highly recommend them if you want a custom-built PC.

I had a great experience with a small form factor Fractal Ridge custom gaming PC from Monsoon PCs. David and Waylon were extremely professional, communicative, and helpful in talking me through the options for the build. David kept in touch with me throughout the project with timely updates on the building and shipment progress. Upon arrival, the PC itself looked like a work of art, or at least a highly well-executed work of engineering (see attached photos). In the end, although I was unable to keep the PC due to heat constraints in my particular setup, this was definitely the best experience I've ever had with ordering a new PC, and I can easily recommend Monsoon PCs to anyone in the future who is looking for a custom build.

These guys are phenomenal to work with. They'll make an earnest attempt to configure your computer to how you like it. Additionally they will make certain that your pc is optimized before shipping it. In my case I wanted an ITX small form factor so they included two 80mm fans in the build without charging me. This may be a bit lengthy so a TL;DR: Customer service is absolutely incredible, and my machine is better than I imagined it would be. I'm a video editor, gamer, and part time streamer, so I needed a machine that could edit 4k seamlessly, and stream while running multiple applications at once with low dB levels. Onto the full review: I reached out to Monsoon PC's when I was looking to upgrade my Standard Sized case down to a small form factor PC, while also upgrading my components. I originally contacted Waylon, who put me in contact with David, who spent about an hour walking me through my ideal configuration. I had a rough idea that I'd like a Fractal Terra case, but after explaining the reason for upgrading my machine, David walked me through why the A4 H20 case would better fit my needs - I'm very glad we decided on this.
Here's where the customer service really kicked in. When I received my first machine, there were a handful of faults - it occasionally wouldn't boot, and long story short it ended up not turning back on at all after troubleshooting for a while. I have pretty high anxiety when making purchases of this size, especially when its the first time working with a company, so this was my worst nightmare - I'm also on the East Coast so this isn't a shop I can just pop into, which adds to the stress. I contacted David, and we jumped on a video call to troubleshoot for about 3 hours. This is 3 hours out of his own time. He then decided to make me a completely new one and ship it to me before I even had the chance to pack this one up and send it back. He provided all of the return labels, kept in contact with me throughout the entire shipment process, and even paid for overnight shipping to make sure I got everything I needed. I genuinely cannot express enough how great the customer service was.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Monsoon PCs again this time for an upgrade (last time was for an AIO fan issue which was resolved very quickly). Edit: PC is running now, everything is put together. Helped me install BIOS updates and showed me how to transfer data between two drives. Runs everything I wanted with only a RX 580 like Rust, Siege, CS2 and even VR games. (Most games can run medium-high) He has very good PC knowledge, and told me everything I needed to know for the future.

Bought this computer couple months ago, with the intentions of using it for sim racing. (I know nothing about computers) I spoke with David and he walked me through it to make sure it was a good fit! The computer has been running well, the build is extremely clean and the customer service is top top notch. I would highly recommend giving them a call if they don’t have something that does work for you they can sure build it no problem. David’s knowledge is extremely Helpful and they won’t oversell you.

I approached David needing to downsize my PC into a smaller case. In the process, David helped me figure out which upgrades would be best, and ultimately was able to build me a much better PC in a tiny case. I stumbled across this site, I filled out a request on a desktop and I tried out the affirm pay, I quit out of it and about 2 hours later I got a call from one of the owners to follow up with me. He then asked me about the budget I was looking for. He then talked to David, he reached out to me as well. I went over to the house to check out the computer. He is very knowledgeable, he made buying a desktop from a smaller shop easy and in my opinion better than buying from a bigger company. Also got follow up texts from both of them to see how it was treating me.
